由911、930、964、993、996到997，Rauh-Welt Begriff (RWB)及中井啟一直為車主提供獨有的改裝體驗，同時亦為模型車界提供源源不絕的題材。今日介紹是POP RACE推出的RWB 997 Dark Green。

雖然氣冷蛙911是不少人心目中的「正宗」，但相對產量多很多的水冷996，以至衍生多個型號如Carrera S、4、4S、Turbo、GT2、GT3的997，08年更推出facelifted的997.2，2004至2012年間先後推出24種車型，賣出213,004輛997跑車，市場可謂相當驚人。除了窩釘輪拱外，RWB全車包圍、降低避震、巨型尾翼均是特色之一。至於這部Dark Green推上柏300に48-06車牌，並多次被拍攝到在千葉県柏市的RWB總部中。

POP RACE版本採用軍綠色車身，擋風玻璃上有品牌RWB的來源Rough World (Rough World Concept)的字樣，車尾則是「碳纖」尾翼，前後膠燈組處理不錯，前後輪亦使用不同闊度輪胎，加增逼真度，惟一是青蛙燈未有「黑眼圈」包圍，略見失色。

Water-cooled Frog – POP RACE RWB 997 Dark Green

From the 911, 930, 964, 993, 996 to the 997, Rauh-Welt Begriff (RWB) and Akira Nakai have consistently provided car owners with unique customization experiences, while also offering endless inspiration for the model car industry. Today, we introduce the RWB 997 Dark Green released by POP RACE.

Although the air-cooled 911 is considered the “authentic” model in many enthusiasts’ hearts, the water-cooled 996 had a much higher production volume. The subsequent 997 series spawned multiple variants such as the Carrera S, 4, 4S, Turbo, GT2, and GT3. In 2008, the facelifted 997.2 was introduced. Between 2004 and 2012, 24 different models were launched, with a total of 213,004 997 sports cars sold – a truly impressive market performance. Besides the riveted fender flares, RWB’s signature features include full-body kits, lowered suspension, and massive rear wings. This Dark Green model sports the license plate “Kashiwa 300-48-06” and has been frequently photographed at RWB headquarters in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture.

The POP RACE version features a military green body color. The windshield displays the text “Rough World (Rough World Concept),” which is the origin of the RWB brand name. The rear sports a “carbon fiber” wing. Both front and rear plastic light assemblies are well-executed. The use of different width tires for front and rear wheels adds to the model’s authenticity. The only slight disappointment is that the “frog eye” headlights lack the “black eye” surrounds, which somewhat diminishes its appeal.
