最近POP RACE Skyline GT-R V8 Drift Hakosuka的曝光率應該是車系之冠，以它為題材的特別版又增添了一部，這次將在9月13日至15日舉行的香港車仔展2024中亮相。

日產Skyline GT-R V8 Drift Hakosuka的原型車，是由日本職業漂移賽車手齋藤太吾（Daigo Saito）於2022年打造的D1 GP賽車。當中最不可思議的設定是將一副輸出800匹馬力、NASCAR 賽車的 Dodge R5P7 V8 引擎移植到C10身上，配RTS GForce 四速波箱、側排氣管、Rocket Bunny頭唇、黑色泵把，以及 Wilwood加強版剎車系統。車櫳有液壓手剎、Bride賽車座椅和防滾架等。車身重噴塗鮮豔的橙色，並加裝寬大的前後輪拱以換上更大的輪胎。此車在2022年東京改裝車展亮相，不過當年齋藤成績麻麻，最佳為分站第三，全年總成績排第十。

橙色出過、銀色又出過，POP RACE今次為香港車仔展2024推出紫色版本，銀色底漆配上紫色車漆顯得相當耀眼，可以打開的頭尾冚已成為標記，R5P7 V8浮雕裝配在開孔的碳纖維紋頭冚下方。前後膠燈毋庸再提，輪拱、車轆處理理想，推得郁亦見驚喜。如果你有其他顏色的會場版的話，不妨下周來D2 Place香港車仔展2024多買一部。

The “Hot Purple Chick” – POP RACE Skyline GT-R V8 Drift Hakosuka HKTCS24

Recently, the POP RACE Skyline GT-R V8 Drift Hakosuka has been stealing the spotlight within its series, becoming one of the most talked-about models. Adding to its fame, a new special edition is set to be unveiled at the HK Toycar Salon 2024, happening from September 13 to 15.

The original car that inspired the Nissan Skyline GT-R V8 Drift Hakosuka is none other than the D1 GP drift car built by Japanese professional drifter Daigo Saito in 2022. The most remarkable feature of this car is the transplant of an 800-horsepower NASCAR Dodge R5P7 V8 engine into the classic C10 chassis. It’s paired with an RTS GForce four-speed transmission, side-exit exhaust, Rocket Bunny front lip, black bumpers, and a Wilwood upgraded braking system. The interior is equipped with a hydraulic handbrake, Bride racing seats, and a roll cage. The car’s body has been repainted in a vibrant orange, and it features wide front and rear fenders to accommodate larger tires. This car made its debut at the 2022 Tokyo Auto Salon; however, Saito’s performance that year was somewhat underwhelming, with his best result being a third-place finish in a single round, and he ended the season ranked tenth overall.

After the release of the orange and silver versions, POP RACE is now introducing a stunning purple edition for the HK Toycar Salon 2024. The silver base coat paired with the purple paint looks absolutely striking. The signature feature of the opening hood and trunk has been retained, with the R5P7 V8 engine embossed under the carbon fiber-patterned hood. The front and rear plastic lights need no further praise, and the treatment of the fenders and wheels is top-notch, offering a delightful surprise when the car is moved.
