講故事 – 拓意解放CA30型卡車 – 光榮入伍套裝
如早前介紹過的紅旗L5一樣，拓意將解放CA30型卡車換個包裝，加入人仔及配件，搖身一變成為光榮入伍套裝，遠比不斷刷色的品牌優勝。
解放CA30是1956年由中國第一汽車製造廠(一汽)開發的首款國產軍用越野車。在蘇聯專家協助下，以蘇聯吉爾-157為藍本進行本土化設計。該車型與當時一汽生產的CA10軍車有50%零件可通用，具有成本優勢。CA30採用直列六缸汽油發動機，搭配6檔變速箱，具備三軸驅動能力。車輛可通過一般海沙、無路地區、冰雪路面和部分類型稻田。1962年進行改良後推出CA30A型，解決了驅動橋易損、供油系統氣阻和散熱不良等問題。1958年至1985年間，一汽累計生產84,411輛CA30系列車輛，隨後軍用越野車生產任務轉由東風汽車(二汽)接手。
拓意這套光榮入伍套裝，盒面是女生向士兵扣上繡球的畫像，並有「把青春獻給祖國，創造我們美好幸福的未來！」盒內是一張入伍通知書，套裝除了有連「有志青年從軍建功」「一人入伍全家光榮」字樣「軟篷」的CA30卡車外，車頭可以掛上花環，另外重點是六個人仔，分別是一個軍官及五個士兵，軍官可以配合書桌及木凳，及極容易丟失的水壺及水杯，而幾位入伍士兵可以坐在長椅或車斗，另有標語「熱烈歡送應征青年光榮入伍」的告示牌，可以砌出義務兵征兵的場景。拓意繼續用故事來賣車，實屬一絕。
Storytelling – Xcartoys FAW CA30: The Glorious Enlistment Set
Similar to their previous Hong Qi L5 release, Xcartoys has reimagined the FAW CA30 military truck with a fresh approach. Instead of merely offering different color variants, they’ve created a themed set complete with figures and accessories, transforming it into “The Glorious Enlistment Set.”
The FAW CA30, developed by First Automobile Works (FAW) in 1956, was China’s first domestically produced military off-road vehicle. Designed with Soviet assistance and based on the ZIL-157, it shared 50% of its parts with FAW’s CA10 truck for cost efficiency. The CA30 featured an inline-six gasoline engine paired with a 6-speed transmission and three-axle drive capability. It could traverse sandy beaches, rough terrain, snow-covered roads, and certain rice fields. In 1962, the improved CA30A model resolved issues with drive axle durability, fuel system vapor lock, and cooling efficiency. Between 1958 and 1985, FAW produced 84,411 CA30 series vehicles before military truck production shifted to Dongfeng Motor Corporation.
The Glorious Enlistment Set’s packaging features artwork depicting a young woman pinning a flower on a soldier’s uniform, with the slogan “Dedicate your youth to the motherland, create our beautiful and happy future!” Inside, alongside the military recruitment notice, the set includes a CA30 truck with canvas top bearing slogans like “Ambitious youth serve the military” and “One serves, the whole family gains glory.” The truck’s front can be decorated with a wreath. The set’s highlight is six figures: one officer with a desk, wooden stool, canteen, and cup (small accessories requiring careful handling), and five recruits who can be seated on benches or in the truck bed. A signboard reading “Warmly seeing off young recruits joining the army” completes the conscription scene. Xcartoys continues to excel at storytelling through their model vehicles.
