ComplexCon – DPLS x TOYQUBE RWB ASTROBOY

距離ComplexCon不足兩星期，除了潮衫潮鞋外，仲有潮車仔可以買。在去年ComplexCon Hong Kong中除了買了DPLS Vandy the pink限量版外，另一台入手就是這部DPLS x TOYQUBE RWB ASTROBOY。

這次聯乘出自潮牌洛杉磯DPLS及玩具創意單位 TOYQUBE，他們將汽車、玩具與漫畫三種不同文化元素融合，推出手塚治虫「Astro Boy」阿童木搪膠模型，然後再推出1:64模型車及服飾等等。

儘管不是阿童木的粉絲，但看到現場的真車後其實忍不了手。綠色車身上有阿童木飛行拉花，及鉄腕アトム字樣，頭冚是機械心臟的剖析圖，整體造工不俗，據知代工的是主流品牌之一，質素見得人。

ComplexCon – DPLS x TOYQUBE RWB930 ASTROBOY

With ComplexCon Hong Kong 2025 less than two weeks away, there’s more than just trendy apparel and footwear to look forward to—exclusive model cars are also on offer. At last year’s ComplexCon Hong Kong, besides purchasing the limited edition DPLS Vandy the Pink, I also couldn’t resist picking up this DPLS x TOYQUBE RWB930 ASTROBOY.

This collaboration brings together Los Angeles streetwear brand DPLS and creative toy design studio TOYQUBE. They’ve successfully merged three distinct cultural elements—automotive design, toys, and manga—to create an Osamu Tezuka “Astro Boy” vinyl figure, followed by a 1:64 scale model car and apparel collection.

Though I wasn’t originally an Astro Boy fan, seeing the actual vehicle display at the event made it impossible to resist. The green body features Astro Boy flight graphics and “鉄腕アトム” (Tetsuwan Atom) lettering, while the hood displays a detailed mechanical heart blueprint. The overall craftsmanship is impressive—reportedly manufactured by one of the mainstream die-cast brands, ensuring a quality piece that collectors can be proud to display.
