磁力王 – MicroTurbo Honda S2000 J’s Racing

早在4月中國國際模型博覽會(HEC)中,MicroTurbo展出了用磁石安裝頭冚座椅、尾翼的1/64本田S2000震驚市場。不到半年,首款量產磁磁石車S2000 J’s Racing終於面世。

專注改裝本田車款的J’s Racing以在S2000改裝尤其出色。本田 S2000 原為 1999 年推出的輕量化後驅跑車,憑高轉F20C 2.0公升直四引擎、前後50:50車重比、六速棍波受大眾歡迎。。J’s Racing為S2000開發包括碳纖維套件、高流量進氣系統、賽車級懸掛和制動系統升級部件等,改裝後可將原廠 240 匹馬力提升至 300 匹以上,扭力增至260 Nm,0-100 km/h 加速時間可縮短至約 5.0-5.5 秒。這些改裝不僅適用於街道行駛,也廣泛應用於賽道日和業餘賽事中。

這台紙盒包裝的S2000設有多個活動組件,如可以打開的頭冚、可以拆除的F20C引擎、頭擔,尾翼則用磁石固定在車尾,改裝零件包(Turning Parts)則有「碳纖」頭冚、頂篷、另一款尾翼、風刀等。更換頭冚非常簡單,只要往外拉即可拆除,安裝就向相反方向推即可;頂篷則要拆除頭枕後的組件,也是非常簡單,磁石尾翼也是直接更換,出奇的是組件契合度相當高,幾乎看不出是活動件,頭尾燈、煞車碟等應有盡有,不過印象中連座椅都可以更換,今次S2000則未見加入,等下次。

Magnet King – MicroTurbo Honda S2000 J’s Racing

As early as April, at the China International Model Expo (HEC), MicroTurbo stunned the market by showcasing a 1/64 Honda S2000 with magnetically attached hood, seats, and rear wing. Less than six months later, the first mass-produced magnetic car, the S2000 J’s Racing, has finally been released.

J’s Racing, known for specializing in Honda modifications, is particularly renowned for its S2000 upgrades. The original Honda S2000, launched in 1999, was a lightweight, rear-wheel-drive sports car that gained popularity due to its high-revving F20C 2.0-liter inline-four engine, 50:50 weight distribution, and six-speed manual transmission. J’s Racing developed various upgrades for the S2000, including carbon fiber kits, high-flow intake systems, race-grade suspension, and brake system enhancements. These modifications can boost the stock 240 horsepower to over 300 horsepower, increase torque to 260 Nm, and reduce the 0-100 km/h acceleration time to about 5.0-5.5 seconds. These upgrades are suitable for both street driving and widely used in track days and amateur racing events.

MicroTurbo Honda S2000 J’s Racing

This boxed S2000 model features multiple movable components, such as an openable hood, removable F20C engine, and headrests. The rear wing is magnetically attached to the rear of the car. The Turning Parts package includes “carbon fiber” hood, hardtop, an alternative rear wing, and front splitter. Changing the hood is straightforward – simply pull it out to remove and push in the opposite direction to install. The hardtop requires removing components behind the headrests, which is also quite simple. The magnetic rear wing is easily swappable. Surprisingly, the components fit together so well that it’s almost impossible to tell they’re removable. The model includes detailed headlights, taillights, brake discs, and more. While previous impressions suggested even the seats were changeable, this S2000 model doesn’t seem to include that feature – perhaps next time.
